Felt like family, no complaints.

We had a fantastic time staying at this resort with our group of friends. The location was perfect, with the beach just a short stroll away and a charming little plaza right in front of the resort. We loved having our meals and drinks outside, enjoying the warm weather and the atmosphere of the square. The staff were all professional and kind, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, and we appreciated the daily cleaning and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and the view from the restaurant was stunning.

The lack of waiters around the pool and beach area, which meant we had to leave the water and stand in line to get a drink.

The animation team was amazing. Great shows every night. Variety of food and drinks. Lots of activities and entertainment. Exceptional beach with plenty of sunbeds. Spacious room with a lovely bed. Soulful and tasty meals. Helpful and cheerful staff.

The rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. the maid service was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed having multiple places to get drinks on site, and the pool and towel facilities were nice. One of the highlights was the catamaran trip, with Paolo and Ulyses as awesome guides.

The air conditioning in the rooms could be better, and there was no air conditioning in the toilets around the hotel, making them sweat boxes. the buffet food was mediocre, with quantity being prioritized over quality.
